Project Details
"FITMIND Exercise" is specially designed for patients with psychosis, aims to cultivate exercise habits and improve cognitive function. The Exercise will last for 12 lessons, including two parts, "FITMIND 10" and "FITMIND Yoga". And held every Saturday and Sunday.

Project Details
A mental health project for secondary school teachers and students is organized by the Department of Psychiatry, The University of Hong Kong. The project aims to strengthen teachers' skills in handling their own and students' stress. Destigmatization by doing yoga exercises with people who have recovered from mental illness. Teachers and students work together to improve resilience and establish a positive mental health culture in the school.

"ooomyemo" is an initiative that brings together experts from various fields, including psychiatric professors, clinical psychologists, frontline psychiatric nurses, mental health experts, cross-media producers, artists, musicians, athletes, and KOLs, to draw public attention to students’ emotional education to reduce depression, anxiety and stress, promoting a positive mental health culture.
