Agency Introduction
Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong (ELCSS-HK), one of the largest NGOs in Hong Kong, was established in 1976. Currently we have more than 50 service units across the territory.

We aim at providing a diversified and comprehensive social services catering to the needs of children, youth and families, the elders and disabled, the unemployed and drug abusers. Besides, we provide a range of innovative services.
