Mission & Objectives
We envision a society with gender equality where all women live and enjoy basic rights. Through grant-making, capacity building and bridging resources, we promote women's rights and help improve the plight of women, particularly those who are at the grassroots level and those who are marginalised.
Agency Introduction
HER Fund is the only community women's fund to advance gender equality by grant-making and capacity-building in Hong Kong.
Scope of Services & Highlight
We give small grants to grassroots groups who rarely have access to funding so they can achieve their goals and make change. We also provide organizational capacity and leadership training so grassroots women can turn their passion and ideas into action, and to tackle the extreme stress and burnout that many community leaders face.
