Scope of Services & Highlight
1. Mutual Support: to enhance the links between members and promote the spirit of mutual support among them through regular meetings, mutual visits, experience sharing and recreational activities
2. Promotion and Education:to help members deal with the problems encountered in the course of rehabilitation through organizing course and lectures on the concerned topics
to facilitate members' participation in and acceptance by the community. 3. To express opinions and fight for the provision of approprite services: to fight for better rehabilitation services and promote the rights of ex-mentally ill by reflecting opinions to the Government and Community on related policy and social issues.
