Project Details
Under the support of the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, Li Ka-shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, pharmacists examine the elderly’s medication habits and their after-effects to assess the drugs’ suitability, which is recorded in the "Pharmacist Referral Form" as doctors’ references. Social workers will also support them in purchasing medical aids and provide timely escort services.
