“HOME” Community Support Scheme for Person with Hoarding Behaviours is a newly project which under funding support from HKEX Charity Partnership Programme via the Allocation from the Community Chest of Hong Kong. It aims at helping suspected and diagnosed hoarding cases to be awakened in their undesirable behaviors and willing to make changes to improve their quality of life. Project provides holistic and intensive care to respond the complexity of cases and the increasing demand in need.

This project is based on narrative therapy and attachment theory. It aims to help at-risk youth reduce the risk of drug abuse and high-risk behaviors before being discharged from the hostel. It combines expressive arts, strength development, animal-assisted therapy and reflecting team techniques; Through reviewing the childhood development experience and improving the parent-child relationships. It also enhances self-confidence, self-image, and refusal skills to reject the temptation of drugs.
