We serve the underprivileged groups in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Empowering the beneficiaries of the Foundation through integrating them into the community proactively and advocating mutual help. Promoting volunteerism by providing voluntary service training, and in turn enhancing the value of community service.

Scope of Services & Highlight
To provide multi-faceted services to the disadvantaged groups in Hong Kong and China, primarily the mainland new arrivals, elders and the rural five-guarantees beneficiaries (`Wu Bao Hu') in China. Our services include counseling
provision of employment information, retraining courses and induction programs
community support service and elderly service, etc. Meanwhile, we dedicate to provide volunteer-service training to cultivate a caring culture and foster a sense of civic-mindedness in the community.
