We serve the underprivileged groups in both Hong Kong and mainland China. To provide multi-faceted services to the disadvantaged groups in Hong Kong and China, primarily the mainland new arrivals, elders and the rural five-guarantees beneficiaries (`Wu Bao Hu') in China. Our services include counseling
provision of employment information, retraining courses and induction programs
community support service and elderly service, etc. Meanwhile, we dedicate to provide volunteer-service training to cultivate a caring culture and foster a sense of civic-mindedness in the community.
